Introduction
Please read this refund policy carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies. By registering for an account at getbotz.io with your email address you are agreeing to the refund policy and all other clauses listed in terms & privacy page. If you do not wish to accept these terms you can simply deactivate your account and not continue using it.
Cancellation and Refund policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime in the Billing section of your Dashboard by connecting with our support team. By cancelling the subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current pre-paid period and then expires automatically.

If you do not wish to continue using the Service, please cancel the auto-renewal option at least 3 days before the end of the billing period so that the cancellation can be processed correctly.

GetBotz is not obligated to provide you a refund at any time. As per our 7 days money back guarantee, you will be given the option to ask for a refund when cancelling the subscription. You have 7 days after the transaction to request for a full refund.

The 7 days refund eligibility does not apply to 2 consecutive subscriptions.

For annual subscriptions, we may provide a partial refund upon request, however, the amount would be based only on full months and calculated as if monthly plan was used. We do not provide partial refunds for monthly subscriptions.

We will not refund any subscription in order to purchase the same subscription plan with the discounted price.
